Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables
  2. Dice garlic and place into wok with canola oil
  3. Turn on flame to medium and brown the garlic
  4. Add the vegetables (be careful of splashing oil)
  5. Season generously with salt
  6. Mix well until vegetables are translucent
